We have our own quality control department, the mission is to ensure the vehicle’s quality. Our staffs go to factory and sea port inspect the quality of our vehicles before shipment and send the ““Vehicles Quality Inspection Report” to you. When you received the vehicles, if you meet any quality problems, you just description the problem in detailed list and with relevant photos. We’ll use this report to discuss with the factory about how to improve the quality of products.
